Formulation of an EU support to integrated regional development programme

Design of a €60 million EC funded programme in conflict affected Sri Lanka with the aim of contributing to economic development, reconstruction and poverty reduction. Triple Line produced a concept paper to support which identified three key areas for intervention: (i) provision of basic services and infrastructure; (iii) support to economic development and the business enabling environment and (iii) strengthening of local governance.
